This one-hour class is designed to feel nourishing and freeing, with 30 minutes of gentle flow to move with the music and 30 minutes of yin & restorative to melt into relaxation.

Rollerskating has a rich history within Black communities spanning as far back as the 1940s. Roller rinks embedded with Black skate culture played a huge role in the development of dance music culture such as R&B, soul, funk, disco and hip-hop. Over the decades, rollerskating has served as a source of liberation and healing for many communities.

REI + Black Men Run Unity Run in Honor of Ahmaud Arbery

Join Black Men Run for a group run honoring Ahmaud Arbery. February 23 marks five years since Ahmaud, a Black man, was murdered by three white men while jogging in his Georgia neighborhood. Each year, Black Men Run honors Ahmaud's life by hosting a memorial run in his name. This year, runners, walkers, friends and family will be welcomed back after the run for refreshments, connection and community. Group runs are 2-3 miles and all paces are welcome!

movement is a lifelong journey, and finding joy in it is essential. this night, created & hosted by LaQuanna Cooper, Aliah Price, and Nate Bonaparte, is dedicated to the Black community—an evening to be present, embrace our strength, and celebrate resilience together. this is a free all-levels cycling and movement experience that hopes to remind us of our power—on and off the bike. after class, stay and connect with those who ride beside you.

this event will be 45 minutes of spin (all experience levels welcome) co-taught by Aliah and LaQuanna + 15 minutes of a mobility cool down (off the bike) lead by Nate.
