Our weekly Free Flo Fit workouts consist of a 60-minute class high-intensity interval training (HIIT). We host a variety of classes ranging from full body workouts, boxing, kickboxing, step aerobics and more. Be prepared to burn a high volume of calories DURING and AFTER the session.
